曹海霞 副教授

曹海霞  博士  副教授 

研究方向:

1)多铁性材料的磁电耦合特性研究

2)新型功能铁电多层膜的熵变特性研究

 

19712月生于江苏省如东县,1997年苏州大学理论物理专业硕士研究生毕业留校任教。2001-2005年在本校在职攻读凝聚态物理专业博士学位,20056月获博士学位。2006被评为副教授,同年被聘为硕士生导师(凝聚态物理专业及材料物理与化学专业)。20054—20062月及20079月—11月,赴香港理工大学应用物理系进行科研合作。20082月—20088月, 由江苏省公派赴美国康涅狄格大学(University of Connecticut)访问半年。20105月,由国家基金委选派赴意大利国际理论物理中心参加“纳米科学春季研讨班”。具有很好的国际合作和交流的经验。

教学经历:承担本科生《普通物理》、《普通物理实验》、《量子力学》、《固体物理》、《线性代数》课程的教学;承担研究生《固体物理II》课程的教学。

研究经历:研究方向为统计物理和凝聚态理论。曾在自旋系统的统计模型,一维反铁磁链、铁磁超晶格、海森堡铁磁体的临界行为,功能梯度铁电薄膜材料和铁电超晶格的热力学性质方面做过不少工作。特别是近年来在铁电薄膜材料的介电、热电和电熵特性,以及磁性弛豫铁电体的介电特性方面做了不少出色的工作。已在国内外SCI源期刊发表学术论文30余篇。参与的研究成果曾获江苏省科技进步二等奖(量子自旋系统的临界行为和磁学性质, 2003)。在导师李振亚教授指导下的博士论文《梯度铁电薄膜的热力学性质研究》被评为2006年度江苏省优秀博士论文。2007年获苏州大学大陆产业科研奖。申请人至目前已主持过国家级理论物理专款项目1项,主持过江苏省高校自然科学基金项目2项,主持苏州大学青年教师研究基金1项。作为主要参加者参与过国家级、省级科研项目4项。目前作为第二负责人承担江苏省自然科学基金项目1项。
